Mary Creagh MP, Labour’s Shadow Transport Secretary, responding to the publication of the Government’s cycling plan, said:

“David Cameron promised ‘a cycling revolution’ but his Government’s cycling delivery plan is a year late and lacks teeth. It’s typical of this Government’s stop start approach to cycling that they only published it a few hours before MPs are set to debate progress on Get Britain Cycling. Labour will take action on education, engineering and enforcement to increase safe cycling for all.”
