Comment on the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Select Committee report on rural broadband published today
Huw Irranca-Davies MP, Labour’s Shadow Environment Minister commenting on the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Select Committee report on rural broadband published today said:
“The Government has failed rural households and businesses with a botched broadband roll out. Labour would have sorted this by 2012. Cameron may not even complete his SuperSlow rollout until 2018. This Government seems to have given up on large swathes of rural Britain - our rural communities and businesses deserve better than this ongoing incompetence.”
