Chris Bryant MP, Labour’s Shadow Minister for Culture and the Digital Economy, commenting on the Government’s announcement about broadband rollout today said:
“The SuperSlow broadband rollout drags on. Only two million premises have been connected, despite giving over a quarter of a billion pounds of tax-payers money to BT so far. No wonder that Tory ministers have accepted they’ll miss their target by two years, and BT is warning it may end up being 2018 before it is completed.”
