Clive Efford MP, Labour’s Shadow Sports Minister, commenting on a Which? investigation into secondary ticketing said:

“Which? has done an excellent job in showing how the Tories have failed fans. The Government said measures in the Consumer Rights Act would protect fans, but this is clearly not the case.

“This failure is leaving fans in the dark about what tickets they are buying, leaving them open to exploitation by organised gangs of criminal touts. Labour has had to force the Government to act on ticket touting every step of the way and this research shows that they must ensure the law is properly enforced.”
