Maria Eagle MP, Labour’s Shadow Defence Secretary, responding to the NAO report on the MOD’s Equipment Plan 2015 to 2025, said:

“The report makes clear that ministers must bear down on costs and avoid any overruns or slippages to ensure the UK’s armed forces have the world class kit and equipment they need to keep them and our country safe.”
