Douglas Alexander on UN weapons inspectors' report on chemical weapons in Syria

Commenting on the publication of the United Nations weapons inspectors report on the use of chemical weapons in Syria, Labour’s Shadow Foreign Secretary, Douglas Alexander said:

“The UN weapons inspectors have today produced ‘overwhelming and
indisputable’ evidence that Sarin gas was used in a rocket attack in the
Syrian capital Damascus last month.

“This report by the weapons inspectors underlines the urgency and
importance of now implementing the US-Russian agreement on the removal and destruction of Assad’s chemical weapons stockpiles.”
