“The Tories’ response to Ed Miliband’s energy price freeze is unravelling. First they said it would cause power cuts, now they’re saying people shouldn’t listen to scare stories from the energy companies. Consumers need a Government that stands up for working people, but all too often David Cameron defends the big energy companies instead.
 
“If David Cameron doesn’t freeze energy bills and commit to overhauling the energy market next week, it will show he’s completely out of touch with hard-pressed consumers.”
