Kevin Brennan MP, Labour’s Shadow Schools Minister, responding to revelations about Michael Gove’s Special Advisor, said:

“The brains behind Michael Gove’s flagship free schools reveals the policy is producing failing schools and financial fraud.

"We have seen from the case of the Al-Madinah school that the failings are beginning to be exposed.

"The truth is out: we now know that our children’s’ education and schools system is being sacrificed to an ideological experiment.”
