Caroline Flint MP, Labour’s Shadow Energy and Climate Change Secretary, commenting on Consumer Future’s complaints list for energy suppliers, said:
 
“This is yet more evidence that Britain’s energy market is not working for working families and businesses. Under David Cameron people are paying more than ever for their gas and electricity, but all too often the customer service they receive is not good enough.
 
“If the energy companies genuinely want to restore their customers’ trust, they should back Labour’s price freeze and reforms to reset the energy market.”
