“Nick Boles, one of the Prime Minister’s closest advisors, has let the cat out of the bag: David Cameron’s so-called detoxification of the Tories has been a sham and his modernisation project is dead and buried.

"Before the last election he promised to be a different kind of Conservative but in Government he’s revealed himself to be a Prime Minster who stands up only for a privileged few while millions of hardworking people are suffering a cost-of-living crisis.

"No wonder Nick Boles admits Cameron’s Tories don’t stand for modern Britain.”
