Out-of-touch Government’s policies are damaging local bus services - Mary Creagh
Mary Creagh MP, Labour’s Shadow Transport Secretary, responding to new research on buses from the Campaign for Better Transport, said:
“This out-of-touch Government’s policies are damaging local bus services. Families struggling with David Cameron’s cost-of-living crisis face fares rising faster than their wages.
“Bus passenger numbers are down and routes are being cut. Bus services are crucial to supporting local communities and ensuring people can get to work, school and visit friends.”
