Sheila Gilmore, Labour MP for Edinburgh East, responding to Treasury Minister Nicky Morgan commenting that the Tory message needs less ‘hate’, said:
“This is a damning indictment of David Cameron’s failed promise to be a different type of Conservative from one of his own ministers.
“She’s confirmed what hardworking people are learning to their cost: that this Prime Minister offers nothing for them because he chooses to stand up only for a privileged few.”
